BoyCott Blues

Screen Shot 2015-06-16 at 10.03.45 PMGiving one of the realest interviews about what inspires BoyCott Blues, he touches on why Boston’s Hip-Hop scene has been in the dark for so long. They have to fix the sound but believe, he breaks-it-down. You my boy blu.

We all need to listen more, slow down and look up from our electronics. Our home is home to many top artists but the problem is that nobody knows who’s around them – also working on their craft. Collaboration makes remarkable music, like teamwork wins championships.

The BeantownGurus hope to hear more soulful stories articulated by BoyCott Blues.

Everybody Loves OG Swaggerdick

Marquise Jones, aka OG Swaggerdick is a Dorchester native who 100% would win your schools class clown award, hands down.

With a style straight out of a 90’s cartoon show or your favorite comic book series OG Swaggerdick attracts the attention of nearly anybody just by walking down the street. This particularly becomes hilarious when OG notices a security guard following him, like when the park ranger tries to stop Yogi Bear from stealing “pic-a-nic baskets”. Watching the Security guard closely OG gets a selfie with him creeping around all in good fun.OG

If you happen to follow OG Swaggerdick on Instagram & Twitter you will notice a bunch of posts were OG is wearing red-nose acting like a manikin in public just having fun. Maybe a few of you have seen Shaq sporting the red-nose too!

Red Nose Day is a campaign dedicated to raising money for children and young people living in poverty by simply having fun and making people laugh.

It is clear OG Swaggerdick has more fun than anybody else and is an entertainer at heart.

After gaining attention from his first project Game Boy Colored running around town on public transportation for the release party blasting the mixtape, it makes you wonder – what does OG Swaggerdick have in mind for W.A.L.L.I (We. All. Look. Like. Idiots) ?

Releasing a video off the project “Money Never Do Me Wrong” to hold fans over while we wait for surely an unforgettable new piece of art.

W.A.L.L.I (We. All. Look. Like. Idiots) coming soon
